Order Cancellations & Modifications
Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system immediately to ensure fast handling and delivery.
- Before Shipment:
Orders may be canceled or modified before shipment; however, a service and processing fee may apply. - After Shipment:
If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, the order will be treated as a return, and the customer will be responsible for:- All shipping costs (both delivery and return)
- A restocking fee of up to 20%
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their orders before confirming purchase.
Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, returns are subject to strict conditions:
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
- Returns must be requested and approved prior to sending any item back
Certain items may be non-returnable, including:
- Products that have been used or modified
- Items not in original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
Shortage Claims (Missing Items)
We ask all customers to carefully inspect their orders immediately upon delivery.
- Any shortage or missing item must be reported within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery
- Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review
To report a shortage, please contact our support team with:
- Your full name and contact information
- Order number
- Detailed description of the missing item(s)
Our team will promptly investigate and work to resolve the issue.
Damaged Items & Shipping Claims
If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Retain all packaging materials, including boxes and internal packing
- Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
- Report the issue within 3 days of delivery
We will assist you in initiating a claim with the shipping carrier.
Important Notes:
- Damage claims are subject to the carrier’s investigation and approval
- We are not responsible for damage caused during transit once the item has been shipped
- If shipping insurance is selected, claims will be processed accordingly through the carrier
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
- Refunds may take several business days to process after inspection
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Service fees and restocking fees will be deducted where applicable
- Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our return conditions
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item:
- Request a return (if eligible)
- Place a new order for the desired product
